What is the commission split, and does it cap at a certain amount?

We have two different commission programs that both cap

Do you offer onboarding or mentorship for new agents?

Yes we have both onboarding training and mentorship programs.

What kind of training do you provide?

We provide a week-long new agent training course that runs for 2 hours a day in our cloud based office. We also do one on one trainings, scheduled weekly trainings and break out sessions.

Will I have access to a managing broker or team leader for questions?

There is somebody available either in the virtual office during business hours or by phone and email at all times.
